“I feel really proud of my girl. I know how hard she worked for the last three years of her life and I know it’s easy to be critical of the things that didn’t go your way, but at the same time you need to celebrate that you accomplished. As much as it is important to get the marks that you are after, it doesn’t define you,” said one of the parents at school, Dan Hatfield.

“What a huge relief. Last year was hectic filled with stress and tears. I am happy that we are finally closing this chapter and entering a new one. I managed to bag five distinctions and I am proud of myself. Now I am preparing for university,” said Fairfax.

“We expected a not so good performance on the basis of some of the learners, but at the same time we are glad that it wasn’t a terrible year for our learners and their results. Our target is always 100%. The rate this year is 98.9%. You only become a failure when you give up. For the learners that passed, congratulations and for those that didn’t, never give up,” concluded Lawrence.
