Crawford community rolls up sleeves for successful blood drive

Parents, staff, and community members came together at Crawford College Hall in Sandton to support a successful blood donation drive, helping save lives through a simple act of giving.

The spirit of giving was on full display at Crawford Sandton on May 8, as parents and members of the school community gathered at College Hall for a successful blood donation drive.

Running from 09:00 to 15:00, the initiative welcomed donors from the pre-primary, preparatory, and college community, all united by one goal: Helping save lives through blood donation.

The campaign carried the message: It takes all types, highlighting the importance of every blood type and encouraging more people to become regular donors.

Throughout the day, community members rolled up their sleeves to make a meaningful contribution, with organisers praising the positive turnout and willingness of families to participate.
