It was a fun and jam-packed day at Sandton Sports Club as the community came out to support the Concrete Foundation Crew’s (CFC) Spring Jam.
The annual event hosted parkour and break dancing practitioners and enthusiasts of all ages and skill levels. There was also an array of free-to-attend workshops that attendees could take full advantage of.

“This is the perfect introduction day for beginners, and a great day for advanced practitioners to learn different skills and expand their movement knowledge,” said CFC director Paul Gray.

The CFC, based out of the Sandton Sports Club, is one of the leading parkour training academies in the country. It has been going strong for more than 10 years, catering to determined individuals of all ages and skill levels.
