Now based in Bryanston, Moloke is a master’s graduate in software engineering and serves as the software delivery lead at BET Software, where he leads a team focused on innovation and growth.
He is also the founder of Mampudi Labs, a start-up aimed at creating tech solutions for underserved communities.

“My approach is centred on creating real impact; I am passionate about mentoring the next generation of tech leaders and using technology to address real-world challenges.”

He added that education was key. “My master’s gave me the foundation to not only build complex systems but also lead teams and explore creative solutions.”

He highlighted that much of his success was due to resilience and a thirst for learning, even when faced with the challenge of being in a smaller town with few local mentors.

“The future of technology is about collaboration, ethical decision-making, and the potential of AI.”

Moloke pointed out that while AI had the power to revolutionise education, he believed it should serve to augment human involvement, not replace it.

“AI should empower humans, not replace them. It’s about enhancing what we can do together.”

Outside of work, he finds balance through walking, meditation, and his interest in crypto.

He believes these activities recharge him, allowing him to approach both life and work with renewed energy.

Moloke’s ultimate goal is to inspire others to take the first step in tech, no matter where they come from.

“Start where you are with what you have; success is not just about career achievements; it is about making a meaningful difference and inspiring others to dream big.”
