Sandton turns pink for Discovery People Walk/Run

Sandton streets turned pink as Discovery’s People Walk/Run brought movement, community, and purpose together.

Sandton and Illovo streets came alive on September 3 as Discovery hosted its annual People Walk/Run, with staff, and team vitality members joining in the 3 km and 5 km routes.

The event was not just about movement. Through the GiveToMove activation, staff donated pairs of shoes to help make physical activity more accessible for those in need, turning every step into a step toward impact.

Organisers said the 2025 edition aimed to blend health, wellness, and social good.
