Kaizer Chiefs and Carling Black Label reunite for the fans
From loud chants to shared memories, Kaizer Chiefs supporters came out in full force as Amakhosi and Carling Black Label officially renewed their long-standing partnership in Bryanston.
If you hear someone shout ‘Khosi for Life,’ you already know they are supporters of Kaizer Chiefs. That is the power of football in South Africa. It connects people, creates family, and brings joy to millions.
On February 10, that love for the game was on full display at the Carling Black Label and Kaizer Chiefs media engagement, held at the SAB Head Office – Brewhouse in Bryanston.
Amakhosi fans, club legends and celebrity supporters filled the venue, proudly showing their black and gold colours.

The event marked the official return of the partnership between Kaizer Chiefs and Carling Black Label, a relationship that first began in 2010.
Kaizer Chiefs marketing and commercial director Jessica Motaung described the moment as special and meaningful.
“It’s a renewal of our vows after first coming together in 2010. We had a great season last year, lifting a trophy and getting back into the Confederation Cup.”
She added that she is excited for the future.
“We are signing with Carling, and we are playing Zamalek this weekend. The stars are aligned.”

Motaung elaborated that success is important, but partnerships with supporters and sponsors help them grow as a club.
Carling Black Label brand director Kerryn Greenleaf said the partnership is about putting fans first.
“It’s a new chapter with a successful legacy. Two iconic brands coming together again. This is not just about today, but a living commitment to put fans at the centre of everything we do.”

She said as part of the partnership, supporters can look forward to exciting rewards, including a Carling fan match experience at every game, spot cash prizes and one lucky fan winning an all-expenses-paid trip to the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Greenleaf added that Chiefs supporters will be rewarded wherever they watch the team.
“There are thousands in the stadium and millions at home, in taverns and bars. We are building an ecosystem with Chiefs so that every time fans watch, they are rewarded for their loyalty.”
Speaking on behalf of South African Breweries, vice-president of marketing Vaughan Croeser said the partnership is rooted in shared culture and history.
These are two great institutions that have shaped South African culture for generations. Both have built loyalty that goes beyond sport and business.”
