Beyond the fun, the initiative carried an important message. Organisers used the opportunity to raise awareness about the value of libraries as safe, accessible spaces where children can read, study, and grow their love for books. They also highlighted the role libraries play in supporting education and providing meaningful activities for children during school holidays.
Parents and guardians were encouraged to make regular use of the library and to introduce children to the wide range of resources available, from books and educational programmes to quiet study areas.
