Wanderers B captain Teri Watson praised her young squad for their continued growth throughout the season. “Our team is a school of youngsters coming up into senior hockey, and the girls are playing amazing. It’s been a really cool experience and they’re growing every single match we play. We’re happy.”

She admitted her team could not make the most of its chances. “Hard luck to our team for not putting it in the back, but Wanderers managed to do it very well.
