With expertly guided sessions across multiple courts, participants quickly picked up the basics of the game, which blends elements of tennis and squash in a fast-paced, social environment.
According to a guest, Mpona Bereng, this event was an opportunity for her to experience padel as a fun and active lifestyle option.

Trainers from Planet Fitness and Africa Padel were on hand to demonstrate proper technique, explain the rules, and most importantly, ensure that everyone walked away with new skills and a newfound appreciation for the game.
