SEBOKENG.- A 10-year-old boy suffered a very painful ordeal when he was raped by an 18-year-old man on Tuesday in Zone 6 Extension 1.
The suspect was arrested by Evaton police after the victim told his mother in detail how he was raped. She then called the police.
Captain Aubrey Moopeloa, police spokesperson told Sedibeng Ster that a case of rape was opened.
“We are investigating a case of rape after the boy alerted his mother. The suspect was arrested and detained and will soon appear in the Sebokeng Magistrates court,” said Moopeloa.
The identity of the victim is being witheld in order to protect him.
