Gauteng Premier David Makhura together with MEC for Cooperative Governance, Traditional Affairs and Human Settlements, Dikgang Uhuru Moiloa, and Emfuleni Executive Mayor Lehana Jacob Khawe, concluded a three-day Ntirhisano Outreach Programme by handing over 2202 title deeds in Golden Gardens and Sebokeng in the Vaal.

Gogo Diboeng Sefura, a 90-year-old, receives her title deed from Executive Mayor Jacob Khawe and Premier of Gauteng David Makhura on Friday at Golden Gardens.
