VANDERBIJLPARK. – Since 1994 the teaching profession and the decisive role teachers play in the lives of the youth, have been commemorated all over the world during the month of October.
It was with great pleasure that the Noordhoek Primary School’s Governing Body honoured the teachers of the school on October 9. This year’s theme was ‘Take a stand for teachers’.
The reason behind the commemoration is the fact that: “Teachers are at the heart of the public”. The Governing Body believe that due to teachers, our generation is able to cultivate understanding based on knowledge. “Through their efforts and thanks to the imagination of teachers, students can flourish”. President Hyper Vaal’s marketing team joined in Noordhoek’s special day to show their appreciation for the school’s teachers.
