Judgement being delivered in the bail application of Tharina Human (27), Laetitia Nel (40) and Pieter van Zyl (50) who are accused of kidnapping the 6 year old Amy’Leigh de Jager and demanding ransom for her release in September. The State is opposing bail for the three accused, arguing that their release would endanger society, Amy’Leigh and themselves.
