Will leagues resume in August?

The leagues all over the world are expected to resume in August.

However, Sedibeng Ster Sport has learned that matches will play in front of empty stands or behind closed doors. But what is still a concern especially in South Africa is what precautions has been put in place for the safety of the players.
FIFA President Gianni Infantino recently said football must wait, health first. Infantino even suggested that the leagues that  played 20 or more matches all over the world, number one should be declare the winners.
But followed the news that the European leagues are expected to resume in August, this seems not going to happen.
