Foreigner’s businesses razed

It is believed that the incidents occurred in the wee hours of the morning.

EVATON.- Two Tuck-shops belonging to foreign nationals were burned to the ground in Evaton this morning. One happened at the corner of Adams and Togo Road,  while the other took place in Mackay Road, Wilberforce area in Evaton.

It is believed that the incidents occurred in the wee hours of the morning.

Petrol bombs are said to have used in both the incidents and firearms were also used to scare the occupants/owners. The motive for the attacks is not known at the moment as no case has been opened with the police, residents, however, believe that this is because of fear of continuous attacking’s.
