SEBOKENG. –  The police in Sebokeng are asking for the assistance of the community in locating the man in the picture after he allegedly committed a crime.

Police spokesperson Captain Teboho Lepotho  says, “It is alleged that on 22 March, the suspect raped a young girl aged 17 in an open veld between Polokong and Westside Park. He is believed to be in his 30’s  and dark in complexion.

Lephoto said that the case was being investigated by the Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences Investigations (FCS) unit in Sebokeng.

“Anyone who might know or  have any information on the suspect is urged to contact the investigation officer, Sergeant Mwale on 064 803 1077.”
