SAAR are recruiting anyone from the general public who has a passion for assisting those suffering from substance use disorder and addiction. With the rising number of cases in our country and the lack of affordable and state recovery facilities, it’s vital to have well trained Chaplains working in their direct communities to assist and facilitate the recovery process to those in need thereof.

Applications for 2021 are open and close on the 30th of Jan 2021. The next course will start in mid Feb and end in June 2021. The course consists of prescribed books, virtual lectures by means of videos and voice notes. There’s an assignment and final exams. After successful completion, you will be ordained as registered Chaplain with us and receive official uniform and all the intellectual and physical tools you will need to work in the field of Substance abuse and Addiction Recovery.
