
It was reported that the dog has been roaming the area for weeks and possibly stuck in the drain for a few days.

Without hesitation Cadet Inspectors Cherise Vermaak and Eloise Carelsen responded to the call.
The two young ladies struggled for hours to try and rescue the dog. The dog managed to escape the drain systems and ran away.
The team searched the area to try and find the dog without any luck.
