A man of colour

“I went to the internet to research colours and started to make products with bottles in the form of art."

VANDERBIJLPARK.- When Tseko Monyamane (36) started drawing at school little did he know that one day his love of art would end up being his income.

Monyamane said he was passionate about art at school and took this love for drawing serious recently, turning bottles into beautiful products and selling them.
He told Sedibeng Ster that he started this project in 2018 after being inspired by the legendary Ester Mahlangu.

“I went to the internet to research colours and started to make products with bottles in the form of art. My first costumers were my ‘boys’ at work. I’m working at NWU Vaal but art is my passion and I do this in my spare time and now my products are in demand,” he said.

His products are now in high demand and are displayed at one of the local furniture shops in Vanderbijlpark.
His work is also all over the social media with people showing a lot of interest
