VEREENIGING. – According to Sandra Seedat, a resident, the man, who is said to cook the meat and then sell it in the CBD, has been dumping large amounts of cow heads in die veld close to where other residents are staying.

According to Seedat this happens daily. The rotting cow heads causes a stink, attracts flies, rats and have made pets in the vicinity sick.
