BOPHELONG. – “For how long should we report this problem at Mofolo Road outside Seeiso Primary School and the one at Thema Road outside Bophelong stadium?

This is the question of Bophelong residents as they are faced with roads that are full of water due to Emfuleni Local Muncipality’s (ELM) dysfunctional water drainaige system following recent heavy rains. The problem has apparently been going on for years.

The people living near the stadium and the school said that they have give up reporting this to the municipality.
