Kidnapped learner found after two months

The family said the funeral service will be at the Boipatong community hall on 31 March.

BOIPATONG. – “It hurts, but at least we will be able to bury the bones of my son in peace”.

These words were said by Innocentia Nono (29), the mother of the late Gcini Muzi Munyika of Winnies Park, Boipatong. The former grade 3 pupil at Phuthulla Primary School, in Boipatong who has been missing since January. He was found by a passer-by lying on his stomach on the open veld near Delfos Boulevard, in Vanderbijlpark, on 5 January. However, his parents were informed by the neighbours on March 24.

Police said the decomposed body was found lying in the veld and had signs of burns on his left ribs and arm. Next to the body there were half burned wood and plastics.

The family said the funeral service will be at the Boipatong community hall on 31 March.
