SEBOKENG. Police have opened a case of a missing person after Oupa Elias Mokoena (3)  went missing on Monday, 25 April.

At the time of his disappearance he was wearing a green top , blue jean, and black boots. The police said the boy was residing at house 5412 Boiketlong squatter camp in Sebokeng.
