DA in Emfuleni gives back to Sebokeng old age home on Mandela Day

Mosuoane: "You can participate by giving your labour, giving your care and giving  your time in relieving those who are in need ."

SEBOKENG. – The Democratic Alliance (DA) Emfuleni Central Constituency Councilors together with activists spent their 67 minutes for Nelson Mandela Day cleaning for the elderly at the Sebokeng Age Home in Zone13.

The team went an extra mile by sharing the day with the elderly and giving them their time.

Speaking to Sedibeng Ster, Emfuleni Central Constituency Chairperson Hlalele Mosuoane says, “We believe that Nelson Mandela Day provides an opportunity for all South Africans to come together in the spirit of ubuntu. This means reaching out to make a difference in each others’ lives.”

Mosuoane states that one doesn’t need money to help the next person. “You can participate by giving your labour, giving your care and giving  your time in relieving those who are in need .”
