Moremi makes SAMLFA Sedibeng workshop as a success
A gathering of former football greats took place when South African Masters and Legends Football Association (SAMLFA) Sedibeng Interim Committee hosted a workshop at Vaal Teknorama in Vereeniging over the weekend.
VEREENIGING.- This informative workshop was chaired by SAMLFA Sedibeng Interim Committee Chairperson Dr Molefi Oliphant.
Some of the former greats who graced this event were former Bafana Bafana Coach Shakes Mashaba, Pepe Dire, Kenneth ‘Conti’ Kubheka, Avril Phali and Peter Khoabane to mention but few. Some of the topics that formed part of discussions included the constitution, football development, capacity building, relationship with stakeholders, skills development and the coaching of current professional players.
Sedibeng District Municipality MMC Of Sports, Arts and Recreation, Busang Tsotetsi was amongs the main speakers.
The main of the workshop was also to bring unity.
SAMLFA Sedibeng Interim Committee Secretary Love Moremi hailed the workshop as a success.
