Women celebrate Women’s Month

They call themselves "The 50 + matured Vaalies"  as they met to celebrate the  National Women's Day joined on Monday joined by their 50+ matured partners at Danger's place in Sharpeville.

SHARPEVILLE.- They looked back during when they were protesting against carrying of the dompas. While women nurses, paramedics and Counsillors from all walks of the clinic in Palms Springs, Sedibeng region came under one roof to celebrate the Women’s month in style at Elephant Lodge, Barrage Plot. The mouth watering mother of all party started on 8 August. Maria Moseki an organiser, said that the main purpose was for women build and motivate anothers.
