Body found in Evaton schools’ ceiling

The Evaton police have opened an inquest docket following the discovery of a body at Bula-Tsela Primary School in Zone 3 Sebokeng yesterday, 05 January.

Police Spokesperson, Thulisile Msibi said that after receiving a complaint, police arrived at the school where they were met by a complainant who pointed them to one of the toilet ceilings at the school where they found a decomposed body of a man aged around 34-years.

“It is estimated that the body has been in the ceiling (of the school) for about three weeks, and it was further found out that the man was busy cutting electric cables in the ceiling, when he was subsequently electrocuted and died.”

The deceased was declared dead by the EMS Paramedics .
