SEBOKENG.-  Five suspects are behind bars after being arrested for an Automated Teller Machine (ATM) bombing in Zone 7B, Sebokeng on Sunday morning.

Police Spokesperson, Sergeant Nombulelo Mohlakoana said that the community of Zone 7B in Sebokeng was awoken by a huge blast at a Cash Express ATM at Gillies Shopping Complex and police were called to the scene.

Upon their arrival, the community is said to have tipped off the police, leading to the arrest of five suspects, four men and one woman aged between 25 and 42 years.

Mohlakoana said that the suspects will appear at the Sebokeng Magistrates court soon, and that police request more information that could help in the arrest of more suspects.
