SHARPEVILLE.- A case of business burglary is being investigated following a burglary at Mohlodi Maritime School in Sharpeville yesterday.

It is said that the security guards were patrolling around the school premises when they were attacked by five unknown suspects armed with firearms.

Police spokesperson, Constable Busisiwe Sango said that the suspects managed to flee the scene with an undisclosed property including computers belonging to the school in an unknown vehicle suspected of having been parked near the main gate.

“Sharpeville SAPS is pleading with the members of the community who might have information on the case to assist police in their investigation. They can the police on 08600 10111, or visit the Mysaps app, the information will be treated with strict confidence,” Sango said.
