Residents warned against fake SAPS job vacancies

Funda advises the public to verify vacancy advertisements by going to the SAPS website www.saps.gov.za

VEREENIGING. – The police in Vereeniging are warning residents against purchasing fake job application forms.

This is after police received a high number of job applications from job seekers in their Human Resource Department.

Police spokesperson Captain Fikile Funda says, “The SAPS has no job vacancies advertised for the 2024/2025 intake. We urge the public to refrain from paying for application forms as they are fake.

“All SAPS vacancies are advertised on the SAPS website, and no payment is required for interested applicants to download the application forms.”

Funda advises the public to verify vacancy advertisements by going to the SAPS website www.saps.gov.za.
