From academic trailblazers to administrative stars, the event was a salute to those who keep the institution running like a well-oiled machine.

Applause and cheers filled the hall as top performers walked away with accolades, reinforcing their legacy in the institution’s history.

Giving a keynote address, Sedibeng College principal George Mothapo took to the stage, commending staffers for their resilience and hard work.

“The college has maintained an unqualified audit opinion for the last three years [2021, 2022, and 2023] while significantly reducing audit findings in the 2023 AG audit compared to previous years,” he said.

Speaking on the sidelines of the event, one lecturer said the event served as a motivation to continue the hard work of creating professionals.

“We pride ourselves with the effort we each put in. Witnessing such honour will make us work harder in creating future leaders and a generation of educated youngsters for the Vaal,” she said.
