The Maseko family is pleading for help to find their missing daughter, who was last seen going to school.

VANDERBIJLPARK – Fear and uncertainty have gripped the Vaal community as 18-year-old Hoërskool Suiderlig pupil, Nontsikelelo Maseko, is reportedly missing.

According to the family, the Grade 12 pupil was last seen on Tuesday morning, June 2, when she went to school to write exams but never arrived.

Nontsikelelo was last seen wearing her school uniform when she left her home.

Speaking to Ster, father of the missing teen, Mandla Maseko, confirmed the news.

“Yes, she is missing. Any help will do to reunite the family with our daughter,” he said.

While efforts are made to find missing Nontsikelelo, the family says her last cellphone location points to Benrose Supermarket in City Deep, Johannesburg.

Her family is appealing to anyone who may have seen her or who has information about her whereabouts to come forward.
