VEREENIGING. – The construction of the Vaal River City Interchange has officially kicked off.

The Vaal River City Interchange is getting built on the R42 between Vanderbijlpark and Vereeniging near Powerville and Bedworthpark.

The project will see the intersection on Ascot on Vaal Road upgraded.

At the Presidential Imbizo in August 2022, President Cyril Ramaphosa said as part of a special economic zone the Vaal River City will help producers of goods and services to support new local industries.
