Spiritual intervention for Vaal Marina

The pastors had a chance to share their thoughts and ask questions.

SEDIBENG.-  The Vaal Marina SAPS together with various pastors held a meeting at the station’s boardroom for the introduction of spiritual crime prevention on Monday.

The primary aim of the meeting, police spokesperson, Constable Tshilidzi de Huis said, was to formulate an active structure of spiritual crime prevention that will reinforce fighting every crime happening not only in the Vaal Marina region but in the whole country.

“All the elected committee members were informed of their obligation and the whole structure was also informed that we are going to work according to SAPS construction not according to any church rules,” said Constable De Huis.

The pastors had a chance to share their thoughts and ask questions.

Pastor Mamtsheli said that in Vaal Marina they do not have crimes like rape, nyaope smokers, and murder but they lend a helping hand to other areas that are experiencing such crimes. Alcohol abuse is the main cause of the problems in the Vaal Marina region.
