SEDIBENG.- Safa Sedibeng teams will be in action in the Hollywood Regional match at various venues in Sedibeng this weekend.
This is after a two-week break with no action after Safa Sedibeng canceled the fixtures to deal with legal matters among other things. The league is left with not more than five games before the end of the season. As things stand, VUT FC are the log leaders in their Stream B with Vaal Juventus second on the log and the defending champions Real Hearts FC third on the log. At this stage, it is still not clear who will be crowned the league champions in this stream looking at the gap between the three top teams in terms of the points.
In another, stream, Perfect Academy is still up there at the summit of the log with Young Pirates FC behind their heels. RESA FC is third on the log even though it seems as if it is a two-horse race between Perfect Academy and Young Pirates FC.
The teams that seem to be fighting for relegation at the end of the season on both streams are Metro Stars FC, Celta Vigo FC, Morning Stars FC Meyerton Rangers FC Remember FC, Star Boys Academy, and Palm Springs United.
Palm Springs United FC and Meyerton Rangers FC are rooted deep at the bottom of their streams and there is little hope that they will survive the relegation axe at the end of the season. The following venues, Qedilizwe, Isak Steyl Stadium, George Thabe, President Park Stadium, and Cecil Odlidge Park are among the venues that will be hosting these Hollywood Regional games.
