He says that after may reports and promises from ELM, the water is still running and have damaged  the road to such a state that small vehicles  and  even pedestrians cannot use the road.

“What is even more worrisome is that this road is also the road to the new school in Roodstuine”.

Apart from the fact that the road has been damaged, how much water has been wasted?
