Lynca claims top spot at awards

MEYERTON – The Lynca Factory Shop has won an Industry National Consumer Favourite Award for the most nominations at the prestigious 20th Cleaver Awards, held from October 23 – 25 in Cape Town.
This is the second prestigious accolade awarded to the Lynca Factory Shop this year, having won the Reader’s Choice Best of the Vaal award in June for Best Butchery in the Vaal Triangle.

The Cleaver Awards, widely recognised as the country’s premier event for butchers, bring together South Africa’s finest meat producers and retailers, celebrating those who set new benchmarks in product quality and business practices. This year’s awards ceremony was no exception, with top butchers and processors competing for recognition in a variety of categories.
