ANC Sedibeng gives solution to school’s borehole challenges
The technicians will visit the school, where they will conduct a thorough assessment to determine the necessary steps to restore the borehole and resolve the water issue.
SEBOKENG.- The ANC in Sedibeng has said they are fully committed to addressing the borehole problem and ensuring that Thandukwazi Secondary School in Zone 6 has a reliable and sustainable water supply.
ANC Sedibeng Regional Secetary, Jason Mkhwane visited the school on Wednesday alongside the MEC of Health Nomantu Nkomo Ralehoko and other stakeholders as part of a back-to-school campaign.

One of the most pressing issues highlighted was the non-functional borehole, which has been out of service for several years, causing severe sanitation problems due to the lack of water supply to the school’s ablution facilities.
Mkhwane said that as a leader in the region, he immediately recognised the urgency of the situation and sprung to action swiftly. Drawing on his experience working with technicians on several community borehole projects he had commissioned, he immediately reached out to experts involved in similar initiatives. The ANC Secretary then arranged for these technicians to visit the school, where they will conduct a thorough assessment to determine the necessary steps to restore the borehole and resolve the water issue.
