VEREENIGING – A woman died, and her partner, John Hunt, was taken to Sebokeng Hospital in critical condition after an accident between a motorcycle and a bakkie in the early hours of the morning on Old Johannesburg Road.

The accident reportedly occurred shortly after 03:00 on Saturday morning near Magic Lawns.

Natasha Oosthuizen died at the scene of the accident after a bakkie allegedly ploughed into the motorcycle at high speed.

Vaalweekblad learned that Natasha, sitting on the back of the motorcycle, had to be cut from the bakkie’s radiator with the jaws of life.
