Drama unfolded this morning at the Vereeniging City Hall after local residents disrupted the Emfuleni Service Delivery and Revenue Enhancement Summit.

Alerted to the summit, residents from nearby neighbourhoods dumped rubbish at the Market Street entrance of the hall.

Law enforcement are monitoring the situation.
