EVATON.- The Nontsikelelo Vuyokazi Foundation founded by Nontsikelelo Vuyokazi Mazibuko in collaboration with Mr and Miss Evaton West hosted a Youth Development Summit 25 on Saturday, June 14.

The event was held at Ext 11 Community Hall Evaton West.

This was with the aim of empowering youth through motivation by four inspirational public figures namely, Nozey Mazibuko from KHD radio, Mosa Mankai, Tshepang Sibiya and Jan Machelle, under the theme: “Identity Discovery”.

“We believe that identity crisis is the fundamental issue in our society. Our speakers tackled the importance of knowing one’s inner self, the importance of purpose, and how one can discover and empower their potentials,” said the Foundation’s Founder,” Vuyokazi Mazibuko.

She added that the second purpose of the event was to share information of the local organisations that youth may be exposed to.

“The organised youth programmes that will help nurture their talents and potentials.”

The organizations that availed themselves on the day were: Lesedi La Batjha Rehab Centre and Wozanathi Edutainment.
