Metsimaholo invests in water pipe upgrades for Zamdela

Following years of frustration, low water pressure, and leaking pipelines, the tide is turning, literally and figuratively, through a 12-month project that is replacing old, corroded galvanized pipes with modern, durable PVC water pipes.
