Feedback meeting on SPV

“This engagement session is part of a series of engagements with the staff of Metsi-a-Lekoa".

SEDIBENG.- The Managing Director (MD) of national water supplier, Rand Water Services, Maubane Mahlare and senior leadership from the Emfuleni Local Municipality (ELM) hosted a feedback meeting with the staff of Metsi-a-Leakoa, ELM’s water entity last week.

The meeting, it is said, was held to provide progress being made with the establishment of the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for water and sanitation services within the ELM last week.

This follows approvals received from the Ministers of Finance and Water and Sanitation, as well as the Council of the ELM.

“This engagement session is part of a series of engagements with the staff of Metsi-a-Lekoa, and forms part of the programme to improve the levels of service delivery in the water and sanitation sector in the Emfuleni Local Municipality,” the ELM said.
