EVATON. – The South African Police Service (SAPS) is investigating four counts of murder.

This is after a shooting incident that occurred on July 30, at approximately 20:00, in Evaton.

A statement by the police said that four men were shot by unknown suspects at Buffalo Road, Evaton, with three found deceased at the scene and one rushed to hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.

“The police are working to establish the circumstances surrounding the incident, with the motive currently unknown. The investigation is underway.”
