SEBOKENG.- Nkosinathi Mpumelelo Khambule known as Slvimy Season is a rapper from the Eastside of Sebokeng Zone 11 in Sebokeng.

Slvimy Season is known for his unique style of sound he calls “Zombie Trap” which is a fusion of different genres such as Rap,Trap, Heavy Metal and Rock with a touch of Vaal esse.

Slimy’s inspiration comes from the likes of Lil Wayne, Kendrick Lamar, XXXTENTACION, Azizi Gibson, Flatbush Zombies and Sofisty.

His musical journey started at the age of 15, together with his big brother and at the age of 19 Slvimy Season affiliated with his former school mates and started a movement called Rebel Youth 016.

“Creating an anti-nepotism platform where every creative can get the recognition they deserve is our main focus, it has always been my dream to change how things are done in the music industry.”

His music was then noticed by the masses in 2023 when he dropped his first mixtape Ogre Season and in 2024 he dropped another mixtape titled The Less Recommended which gained him a lot of local traction.

“Producers and photographers started contacting me after I dropped a music video of one of the tracks in the mixtape titled HOF. Right now, I’m working on a project titled Daaiman Ke Senpai which will have big features. It will be my first project to drop on all DSP’s but before it drops, I’m planning on dropping 10 music.
