Local model shines as finalist in Mr & Miss Daring Youth South Africa

“Winning this competition will mean the world to me."

SEBOKENG.- Local model, Pholila Zimbawe, will represent the Vaal once again when he walks on the red carpet as a finalist in the prestigious Mr & Miss Daring Youth South Africa competition.

The grand finale takes place on September 27 at Springs Hall.

This is not the first time carrying the Vaal’s flag with pride, Zimbawe has consistently excelled in both local and international pageants. In fact, he needs no introduction in the modelling industry, as he has succeeded against all odds before. Speaking to Sedibeng Ster, Zimbawe said he is honoured to be a finalist in this prestigious competition.

Speaking to Sedibeng Ster, he said being a finalist is an honour and more than just a modelling achievement.

“It is about a movement that empowers young people with leadership, personal development, and opportunities to inspire communities.”

Zimbawe appealed to the community for support through votes, ticket purchases, or sponsorship.

“Winning this competition will mean the world to me. Every bit of support counts, not just to uplift my modelling career but to show township boys and girls that circumstances don’t define destiny. I am living proof of resilience, and with your help, I can shine a light for others to follow,” he said.

Voting details are attached with Zimbawe’s campaign photos.
