SEBOKENG.- The Sebokeng Hospital’s Occupational Therapists team raised an awareness to the Kangaroo Mother Care mothers under the theme “Shine Mama Shine” recently.

The focus was on helping the mothers adapt to their physical and mental demands of motherhood. They were also educated about the importance of engaging in physical activities as caring for themselves will make it easy for them to care for their little babies
