Another beggar hit by a car

VANDERBIJLPARK – Another beggar was hit by a car at a traffic light this weekend. The latest incident occurred less than two months after Colleen Coleman (52) was killed at the Vaal Mall intersection on Barrage Road.
On November 8, the accident happened two traffic lights further, opposite the Die Palms Centre on Barrage Road.
The grey-haired man who begs there daily was struck by a vehicle at around 14:15.
He was treated on the scene for, among other things, a serious head injury and was taken to Sebokeng Hospital in critical condition.
His family members could not yet be reached to find out how he is doing.
