MEC Motara hands over 500 tittle deeds at Lethabong
"Thank you to our communities for your patience — your wait was not in vain."

SEBOKENG.- Gauteng MEC for Human Settlements Tasneem Motara handed over title deeds to deserving beneficiaries at Lethabong Mega Project in Sebokeng on Friday.

This is where consumer education also got underway, where beneficiaries were being empowered with vital knowledge on the importance of safeguarding their Title Deeds and drafting official Wills.

Families in Lethabong Mega Project are now proud homeowners — with the legal security, comfort, and recognition they deserve. Motara, Sedibeng District Municipality (SDM) MMC, Mmadisebo Khomoeasera and local Ward Councillor Fish Kolisang fulfilled the promise of restoring dignity through #TitleDeedsFridays.

At Lethabong, Motara had the privilege of handing over new homes and more than 500 title deeds to deserving beneficiaries.

“Thank you to our communities for your patience — your wait was not in vain. These homes represent dignity, security, and legacy. Please take care of your title deeds, do not sell or rent out your homes. Let’s honour them, protect them, and build our future with pride,” she said.
