SEDIBENG.- Sedibeng District Municipality in conjunctions will host Sedibeng Sports Indaba at Vaal Teknorama Museum in Vereeniging.

These two days historical sports indaba started on Saturday (today) and will come to an end tomorrow. All the sporting codes are represented with key notes address from well known sports administrators.

Sedibeng Ster Sport has learned that former SAFA President Dr Molefi Oliphant is one of the high profile administrators who will be talking the stage Oliphant doesn’t need introduction in South Africa football.

Oliphant expecte4d to share his experience as one of the top football administrators not only in Vaal but in South Africa. He was SAFA president when South Africa hosted a successful 2010 FIFA World Cup.

This is the first of its kind event to take place in this region which aim at improving the standard of all the sporting codes.

The maim purpose of this Sedibeng Sports Indaba is to reflect back and looking into the future of sports and athletes in this region.

This region is well known for producing top athletes and compete in the international stages.
